Jonathan Lekkerimaki | Summary | Lekkerimaki is a shoot-first forward who looks like he wants nothing more in life than to put the puck in the net. His wrist shot is dangerous, with a fast release and a lot of heat behind it. Several times his shot bothered the goaltender (who played an excellent game). I don't recall a single shot of Lekkerimaki's that did not result in an awkward rebound as Elias fought them off. He has good vision, but he is not a playmaking forward at this point. Skating is interesting. He has excellent dimensional movement due to his edgework, but he doesn't show exceptional speed or acceleration. | Brian Fogarty | Sweden vs Slovakia (Hlinka-Gretzky Cup 2021) | 8/4/2021 | 5/4/2022 | 10260 |
Jonathan Lekkerimaki | Note | He is constantly involved in the play at the offensive end. Not focusing on him, but he keeps making plays. | Brian Fogarty | Sweden vs Germany (Hlinka-Gretzky Cup 2021) | 8/2/2021 | 3/10/2022 | 10258 |
Jonathan Lekkerimaki | Note | Drives the net, pulls across, shoots far side, saved. | Brian Fogarty | Sweden vs Germany (Hlinka-Gretzky Cup 2021) | 8/2/2021 | 3/10/2022 | 10258 |
