Hard working player with size and agility, has quick hands in tight but looks a bit tentative at times to release his shot from distance. Plays a two-way game and is effective at both ends of the ice, but he could use some power skating work to improve his straight-line speed and acceleration. Not an explosive player, but a workhorse who won't hurt his team regardless of the role he's put in. Can kill penalties or work the powerplay.
