Great shift. McNeil took the puck into the offensive zone on the right side, crossed diagonally to the left circle with the puck on his left to protect it from the defender. Not a hard shot, but he got the puck on net. This entry was followed by a strong shift by McNeil and Danault with good possession down low. Both showed good possession abilities by shielding the puck with their bodies and creating time. The shift resulted in the first goal of the game at 3:43 of the first period.
