Elite-level offensive skills and excellent hockey sense and on-ice awareness combined with the willingness to always let his feet take him to the right spot on the ice, regardless of the battering he might take by going there. Zadina is a disruptive player that is a threat to make something good happen at all times, and he continues to show why he should be the top consideration for third overall in the 2018 draft.

On the penalty kill, he vacuums up the puck in front of his own net and cruises out through the neutral zone, crosses the opposing blue line on the right wing side, cuts hard to the net drawing all defenders then pulls up and circles the net killing a good piece of the opposing powerplay and almost generating a scoring chance.
