Big, long-legged winger that skates extremely well in all aspects. At 6'4, 198, he looks like a player that will add another 10-15 pounds over the next couple of years, and with his patience, puck skills and shot, Safin is a top prospect in the making.

Bad play in his own end while under pressure from the PK unit. Should have moved the puck to safety, but his turned it over instead, and Veleno gets a clear path to the net. Safin couldn't find the puck off the boards and he overskated it, giving Veleno the puck.
